Calculates the Rate of Return, Total Invested, Growth and Net Gain for your portfolio.
Calculates positive and negative rates.
Works with margin accounts (those that may be in the red).
Allows to select any time interval - e.g. last year, last calendar year, previous calendar year, since the beginning of your investing, etc, no limitations - and calculates the RoR for this interval.
Use it as a financial planning tool, e.g. as a retirement planner – enter regular contribution/withdrawals programs and future end date for the interval, then set reasonable rate and it will show you the future end value.
Run various scenarios with different regular programs or/and estimated future RoR and analyze the difference in the projected portfolio end value.
